Ok I had the same problem, must be an issue with these ovens. I tried tightening the springs in the door which closed the door a bit more but still wouldn,t shut properly and the door wouldnt stay down and kept slamming shut. So I paid for two replacement door hinges which cost $55 each so $110 all up. Is a bit of a ripoff but its either that or buy a new wall oven. The part no. is Electrolux 28164784 (hinge assy rh/lh door oven). Don't worry about the different brand, it works fine.
To do it yourself, open the oven door while its not hot and grab the door with both hands on either side close to the hinge point. Pull the door up and out towards you it should seperate from the oven. Be careful not to break the glass. Lay the door gently on a flat surface glass side down.
Undo the four screws on the inside of the oven door close to the handle. Slip the plastic handle off. Seperate the glass from the door. Put the glass in a safe place. The spring assemblies inside the door need to be removed. Undo the screw on each side holding in the hinge. If the springs are still held in by rivets up the top just break the rivets by bending the hinges gently away from the door with a bit of force. Replace the two hinge assemblies with the new ones and screw them in at the screw holes on each side. I didn't bother to replace the rivets at the top of the hinges and my oven door works fine but you can if you have a rivet set. Once hinges are screwed in, replace the glass and the handle and replace the four screws holding it all together. When the door is complete replace it the same way it was removed. It should lock itself in and voila, all fixed. Bit of a rip off for the hinges but what do ya do?
Hope that helps.
