Hi John, may be a littel late with this, but was just surching for info on bingoscope and saw your question. I have an old bingoscope projector which I have tracked to be a B3, the frame that holds the lower film spool is marked on the outside with a large B. If yours is the same, the bulb fitted to mine is a 12v 6w two pole same as used in motor car no, plate lamp of the 70's should be available in most motor spares shops. hope this is of help, Regards ED.
The lamp I have is for a astor junior (bingoscope) and it uses a power train auto bulb (car bulb I believe) that would work. Just make sure that it is the correct wattage
