it should be in the main control panel which should be in a understairs cupboard and also the best thing to do is check the battery in the bell box aswell that can cause problems aswell

Sorry Fran, none of us have ever been inside your house, so have no idea where your end station is, I know maybe ask British Rail, maybe they know where the end station is kept.
