No spark, Are you touching the plug to the engine frame when testing. Could be lead to plug, could be plug(clean it) could be distributor(check it, clean it). All sorts. Marine plugs are recomended to be changed at service, a service is every yr. YOU do not want to rely on Lifeboats, if at sea. THEY DO IT FOR FREE. BUT why should they. I could rant on.
