I have a Ferroli Maxima 35C (yes crap i know). Since draining the system and re-filling has developed a problem. Firstly it took ages to re fill via the filling loop, sounded like no water was going in at all. After filling the analogue pressure gauge shows approx 1.3 bar, however the digital gauge on the pcb shows 0 bar, hence the code F37 is displayed. After a few hours the digi gauge catches up with the analogue gauge and displays roughly the same pressure.
At this point when a hot tap is turned on the water flows well and heats up. It will last for approx 2 minutes, but the digital pressure gauge will start to drop until the pressure is under 1 bar then F37 code appears (low pressure) and the boiler cuts out. If heating is selected when the system is at the correct pressure at previous paragraph then the digi pressure gauge increases, up until the F40 code appears (high pressure) and the boiler shuts down.
Have looked at other forums for clues which could be blocked water sensor, check parameters in PCB?? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
