How to remove rear lamp cluster 1999 nissan largo?

I have removed the two screws from the cluster
but cant get the cluster off the car
looking inside the panel there is an insert same as the ones for the screws I removed, it has a screw in there but there is no way to get to the head of the screw
please advise
the car is a 1999 nissan lago w30-213791 chassis number
