fluorescent light?

I have a twin 8ft fluorescent light ive gone to replace the bulb and it is froze on orange lights at both ends

With some fluorescent fixtures you have to replace the ballast as the starter is built in.

Hi Tash, you will need to go and buy a new s10 starter as the old one has blown
