my 1300L washing mschine stops before cycle is finishrd ?

you do not say when cycle stop but if it is just before it should spin it could be the drain motor not releasing the brake,there is a small cable connected to drain motor that should move when cycle tells it to do so,only way to tell is by putting power onto it and check
