Does the PC start in safe mode (Press F8 whilst booting)?
If it does, then it could be a dodgy device driver. Try uninstalling suspect devices (My Computer > Right Click > Properties > Hardware > Devices). (Note down the device details first, will make it easier to find the proper drivers later).
If it does not, you probably have a hardware problem. This could be the processor overheating (clean any dust from inside your machine). It could be one of your pci cards failing (remove one at a time and see if that fixes the problem).
If it restarts at exactly the same time after booting, your pc might have a 'watchdog timer'. Go to your BIOS options (press delete or F! whilst booting up) and browse for such a feature. If you find one disable it. If you don't find one, then that's not your problem.
Good luck!
