Removing radio again?

Hi,

Thanks for the answer to removing my radio from the Ford Focus. However, I'm in a ski resort in the mountains in Italy where Halfords are a little scarce. Is there any way I can make something suitable? I really need a radio to drive home next week. Help!!!!

Just speaking on behalf of Nigel - who I hope won't mind - if your radio has the 4 holes on the facia then you can get away with pushing in stiff wire (cannibalised coat hanger maybe) or even thin screwdrivers. Just don't poke them in too far (an inch will do) and very gently press them outwards, pulling at the same time.
Does this serve you right, when the rest of us are in wet freezing Britain????? :) Cheers and enjoy hol!
