Hi,
I have had the same problem. Take the top off, remove soap drawer, take out the 2 bolts on the front corners (they face skyward), remove the 2 screws behind the soap draw and then remove the front panel (levering out the retaining clips on top). From the front on the right hand side and bottom of the control panel is a connector with 4 blue wires, this is the problem. Remove this connector, clean it with wd40 and make sure it's dry. You may need to very gently squeeze the connectors together with a pair of pliers to make a tight connection (be gentle). Put it all back together and this should solve your problem, it did for me.
