How do I get Necht on 0161 622 3279 to answer their phone?
What do you do when Necht's phone line is either constantly engaged or just rings and rings? My dishwasher has had the same problem - the circuit board has blown becuase of a leak, which is obviously to do with the door keep opening or not closing properly.
Have actually got to speak to someone on 0845 2712444! Whether they'll get back to me is another matter. Will keep you posted

You don't get through. They deliberately ignore the phones cos they have been told to.
The guy running this show has been on Watchdog and done time.
