same problem on mine - did everything but the spin - was a dry joint
on a relay (black boxes) on the circuit board, which is in the lower left hand side next to the motor - fixed for ÂŁ0

you either need to clean pump or buy a new one whilst your cleaning the pump clean the rest off the pipes so a new pump has a new start

check the pump for blockages and that its working, it wont spin if it doesnt drain.
