Stylus Photo R300 says parts in your printer have come to end of Service li?

Epsom Stylus Photo R300 is flashing up Maintenance icon and reads parts in your printer have come to the end of their service life. The quality of the last printed copy was fine, but it no longer prints. Is there a way of identifying which parts and can they be fixed at home?

As Peter has said, but try downloading a program called SSC Service Utility to reset your waste ink counters could be the problem.

Just had this message in an RX630. Epson service centre says its a print counter that will block printing eventually. Costs about AUD $90 to get it fixed although there are guides for DYI at your own risk.

The sponges under the print mechanism needs changing at the end of this counter for some reason and has something to do with the print run distance and cleaning of the heads.
Sorry i can't give more info.

Could be toner. On Laser-jets they have a toner capacity that expires causing service life info. Check to see if toner is re-placeable.
