If you can see cable from under car you can cut cable and try to pull on inside cable that releases hood .....other wise you`ll need to try to unbolt latch from under the car ..possibly pull front grill to gain access ....or using a long screw driver ot stiff wire try to unlock holddown bracket ect...will have to keep playing with it but it can be done without dynamite ........good luck
