My Hotpoint Aquarius WF630 is stuck in test mode?

Another satisfied customer (mine is a WF620P but the mainboard is the same in WF620P WF620T WF620G WF630P WF630T WF630G WF640P WF640T WF640G WF645A WF840P WF840G WF840T WF860P WF860T WF860G WF865A BWM129). Note: you have to wait quite a while for it to get to the dOff state. Mine cycled through prewash, wash, spin etc as indicated by the lights on the front. You can hear the motor start and run slowly and if this is the case then the mainboard is ok (you tested it, right?).

wow thank you ,would have never thought of turning it on than pressing on/off and start at same time !! been stressing all morning trying to get it to work .

Had the same thing happen previously and called the engineer out for him to give the same advice as Ricky, but it cost me!
Knew there was an easy answer this time but couldn't quite remember the sequence to press and luckily thought of searching the internet.

Ok your problem has happened because either children playing with it or people leaning against it. Switch the machine on then press on/off and start button together until you get D.off display come up. Your machine is now ready for use
