There is an internal fuse that blows if you forget to put food into the unit. It is usually 5kv and not readily available , other than scrap unit.

Sounds like a bad micro switch (primary,secondary or d.o.m) on your door latch mechanism. This job is for a professional due to the presence of 4000v that exist when unit is unplugged, so I would recommend that you not try and fix this on your own. Also unit must be checked for radiation leakage using a calibrated leakage detector.
