We have the same washer and the programmer stopped working properly through the cycle. The repairer came round and screwed back in a part that had come loose from underneath, which lets the programme control know where it is in the cycle. Said it was a common problem with the motor, which is used in a number of washers. Only charged ÂŁ20 callout.
