heat element gone acess it from inside back rear panel remember to switch off frist as it hurts if u dont

Sounds like same problem as mine! element has gone, isolate power supply at fusebox, remove back cover and find out which wires are for the fan oven element, check resistance of element with a multimeter (remove power wires to element first), should have zero resistance, if not then a new element is required.
