ERROR CODE E 20?

check to see if the drain filter's blocked, behind the flap bottom right, if not that then check the drain hose (corrugated grey one) and if it connects under the sink check there too for blockages, if everything's clear put it to drain and switch on, if you hear nothing then the pumps failed
