remove the three top screws then u will need to snap the front top outwards as there are 2 pushlugs at the top the cover will pivot from the bottomu can leave it engaged at its a bugger to get back on at the bottom.
Next to the input and boost control there is a small white button in front of a round black disk this is the overheat safety cutout trip.
Press it back in and it should click.
Then get your hoover and suck out all the nasty dust. when u replace the case be carefull u dont catch the boost control lever arm as it needs to be exactly aligned to work.
