ring a rover dealer ask for a door lock code. if your car is to old and is not on their database. then im sorry but your car will have to go on a computer. thay can look at software on car and find the ek code.

conect battrey sit inside car holding remote down beside fuse box press lock button 4 times should reset remote

try to disconnect your battery for 10 minutes. This should reset the ecu then reconnect your battery. If not get your key fob checked out.
