how can i fix my optima xl alarm?

my optima xl back lighting alarm is stuck on tamper all the buttons i press do nothing what can you suggest

remove all wirring from the PCB FIT A LINK BETWEEN THE TEMIMIAL AND APPLY AL POWER KENNEY.
