how can i fix my rosieres paul bocuse range?

I have an old Paul Bocuse rosieres double oven. Was in the house when we bought it. We spent £400 trying to get it working but just couldn't make everything work (so hard to get spares!). However, it has new elements in ovens/grills (unused), new fan motor for oven, and obviously all its knobs, hob tops, burners etc all in pretty good condition. Happy to cannibalise for spare parts. Any offers considered plus postage.

I was able to get some spare parts from Whitegoods in the UK and replace them myself... However they just informed me that the manufacturer, Rosieres, has discontinued spare parts altogether. Not certain if this just means they no longer see a profit in carrying them or there are actually non left. My issue if I replace it, my granite countertops, will have to come out, as I'm found no similar sized double range, all are bigger and all single's are smaller...any ideas?

I haven't a clue! I live in Seattle, WA where noone wants to even look at my Rosieres Bocuse Double Oven. My right oven only broils, yet once I was able to roast in at and use the rotisserie. The left oven cannot get to its highest temperature. It used to be a wonderful oven and might still be if someone would come look at it. Has anyone had similar problems in the USA? If so, who did you contact?

I've had my Bocuse range for 14 years with very few problems bar the odd new bulb. I fixed the hinge problem with some WD40 against my husbands advice but it worked!! I'm now looking for some replacement burner caps as two of mine have corroded so wonder if anyone else has had this problem and/or has found a supplier

I always get my oven door seals and other parts from 01204 556166 - Hoover & Candy. They took over supply of parts for this cooker.
Have just purchased a new rubber door seal for £37.45 inc. VAT and postage.
Door hinges intermitently get stuck, but eventually close. Had cooker for 14 years and really happy with it, but wish it had the rotisserie!

I am 'happy' to see that I am not the only one with problems with those door hinges - I thought it was just a result of me being careless. I have replaced one set and need to replace another. The U.S. importer that I bought it from no longer supports the product, so I have to import from the U.K. and have identified Whitegoods and Electric and Appliance parts.
Also, the rotiserie-motor doesn't work, but I would have to pull the whole thing out from the wall, which I don't think I want to do. The convection oven does a fine job roasting a chicken.

I have just had my Paul Bocuse Range fixed by a company called Bluvue, who are based in Bournemouth but do travel. If you go to UKWhitegoods website and join the forums, scroll down to white goods-cookers you can ask this in there and they can get you the parts cheaply and also tell you how to fix it yourself or even tell you of an engineer in your area who can come and fix it for you :0)

I have had similar problems , with doors , replacing one thermostat and now one of the ovens doesn't work at all.Kitchen appliance repairs tel. 07831 538431 have fixed it in the past.
I've decided to stop repairing this 11 year old range and get a new one. It hasn't been very good value, too many repairs necessary, any I'll probably have to pay someone to take it away !

I have the same cooker and i have found a shop which delivers the spare parts, they are called Electrical Sales (Nelson) Ltd, tel 01282 870220.I am having trouble with the oven doors which aren't closing properly.The fan oven isn't reaching the correct tempretures so I need someone to come and look at it.Good luck.
