cleaning the filter not working with mine machine... so what alse can i do, thx

The above solution of cleaning out the filter worked perfectly for us. Your just unscrew the face plate. turn open the filter and pic any rubbish out of the hole.
One tip is to open the door and scoop out the water first as when you open the filter ANY water in the machine will flow out.

take kick plate bottom of machine and bhind there you will find your filter get some towels before undoing then turn and remove the blockage if not there maybe be the eco ball in the sump hose which seems to get stuck in the bottom of machine.
