Whatever you do do not spend any money on norton, mcafee etc. Download avira antivir instead of avg, and then Malwarebytes antimalware. Both free and will likely get rid of your smitfraud infection. If not ask for help at sites like Geeks to go or bleeping computer.
I would put money on your Java being out of date too!

The 'balloon' is very clever spyware designed to appear as an authentic windows package. Have you tried to restore your system back to before you were infected?
Sometimes this virus can be quite simple to remove, other times it can be a proper nightmare.
If Your system restore works, Job Done.
Once are at a point of no infection, get some decent Anti Virus and anti spyware software.
Unfortunately AVG, although quite good, does miss a great deal. For the sake of £40 per year to get a lot less hassel. Purchase a more respected AV package. Norton, McAfee, Sophos, Panda etc.......
My Personal Preference is Panda. Also, Spyware Hunter from Enigma is excellent at spyware detection/prevention and protection.
