my karcher hds 745 dosent burn the diesel any more ?my karcher washer hds 745 doesnt heat up no more the diesel is flowing ok but not burning can any 1 held pls

check the reed switch it is on the right hand side as you look at it from the controls down beside the pump, it looks like a wire with a black rubber over it , it works as an electro magnet switch so , if you place a magnet to the wire it should click it in and if your burner then fires up , it is the plunger inside the reed valve that is probably stuck , hope this helps , it worked on mine

If diesel is reaching the fuel nozzle, then it could be a blocked or worn fuel nozzle, poor fuel pressure, contaminated fuel or no ignition spark (or a combination of one or more of these).
If no diesel is reaching the fuel nozzle, then it is likely to be an inoperative fuel pump, a split fuel hose, a dead fuel solenoid valve, an inoperative reed switch and/or magnet, faulty thermostat or the on/off heater switch is not working.
