Vaillant eco max 835/2e .....F25 recurring?Having had a qualified corgi boiler fitter come round to look at our combi,we have the same problem over & over.
The boiler continually loses pressure despite having a new water switch, expansion vessel adjustment,a magnetic cleaner fitted to the system & a negative air compression test for leaks in the system.??
Even the plumber is baffled about this case .
Anybody out there have any ideas please?
We are a frozen family of 4!
Cheers in advance.

Just remembered something, on the many hundreds of Ecomax's I have worked on I have had this situation only ONCE before.
Pressure up the boiler, then turn everything OFF, check the condense outlet, if it's running water (even a trickle) you have an internal split in the main heat exchanger passing through the condense waste. I remember going through all the same processes it sounds as though you have been through.
Unusual scenario I appreciate, but I just remembered and thought it might be useful to you, hope it helps.

Has the prv been changed?
Also although the expansion vessel has been changed, was it checked for air pressure charge when it was installed? And check for a block on the expansion tube pipe.
I must admit, you buy a new vessel and install it, you would trust it to be charged, twice (with two manufacturers) I have been caught out with this.
