Treadmill will not run. Speed sensor adjusted to spec and triggers light on control board. Calibration comes up fail and shows Spd in upper left window and t_Lo in upper right window. In engineering mode min pwm values are 0.01 33
0.8
1/2 pwm are 0.00 201
8.8
Max pwm 0.00 390
17.7
Elevation upper limit 3.646 68
204 UP
Elevation lower limit 3.646 68
25 DN
The reading above correspond with left and right windows and upper and lower windows readings.
In the engineering hardware test the elevation values go up or down as do the speed values.
On the display upper left, actual HR is 0
Upper right, actual speed is 0
Lower left elevation at max is 211
Lower right, belt PWM at max is 511
Again in engineerin mode rolling diameter, the belt does not start moving, have adjusted roller diameter to actual 2.30 measured with caliper, and of course tne PWM is 0.
The console should be producing 5vdc to the speed sensor if it is not you would need a ,new upper control board. I do know from experience if it is not sending the voltage ,the console is bad.
Best thing to do first though is to contact Bowflex and see what they say John.
