How can I get my Philips Sonicare Elite 7300 series charged up fully?
When I place my Philips Sonicare Elite 7300 series in the charger, the green charging light flashes signifying that the toothbrush is charging up. It does this for a maximum of five minutes and then gives no indication. If I remove the toothbrush from the charger and then replace it, the green charging light flashes again for only five minutes. When I try to use it, I get an orange flashing indication which indicates a dead battery. As I am getting a little if not a lot of charging indication, I am assuming that the charger is working to a certain degree. Is this a charger fault or a toothbrush fault?
Same problem but suspect water has got into handle unit via partly detached press button, am trying warranty as only seven months old, button plastic not up to the job?
